Symfonia R2Płatnik absence import
Download a month of approved absences as a Symfonia R2Płatnik import file. It is a file you import, not a live connection.
SquadBear writes a month of approved absences as a file you import into Symfonia R2Płatnik. It does not sign in to R2Płatnik, and it does not update R2Płatnik when someone edits a request later. You download the month again if the numbers change.
The file is for karta urlopowa absences. Sick leave and other ZUS benefits already reach R2Płatnik from ZUS through e-ZLA, so they are left out on purpose. Unpaid absences belong in R2Płatnik's Nieobecności register, and they are left out too.
Before a second import of the same month, tick Zeruj ewidencje przed importem. Without it, the rows are added again. On the Zaawansowane tab, do not map Ilość minut onto Ilość dni/godz. R2Płatnik counts the days from Data od and Data do.
Other payroll systems still get the generic absence CSV. That file is described in the payroll export guide. enova365 and Comarch Optima are not connected.
Frequently asked questions
Does SquadBear connect to R2Płatnik?
No. There is no live connection and no webhook. An admin downloads a file for one month and imports it in R2Płatnik.
Does the file include sick leave?
No. Sick leave and ZUS benefits reach R2Płatnik from ZUS through e-ZLA, so the file leaves them out. Unpaid absences stay out too. They belong in R2Płatnik's own Nieobecności register.
How does R2Płatnik match a person?
By the Payroll ID on the employee profile, which is the Identyfikator in R2Płatnik and at most 10 characters. The file also carries the name. A missing id is a warning, because a name match is only safe when it is unambiguous.
