360 review questions
The English questions in SquadBear's four built-in forms. Self is the person. Peer is a named colleague, read by the reviewer. Manager is the person who writes the manager review. Upward is a direct report, and those answers stay unnamed.
Rating questions use a 4-point scale plus Not sure, which never counts. Written questions are the rest. Every form also has a Goals section, asked of the person and their manager, for up to five goals frozen when the round opens.

- Not legal advice about probation. An employment-contract probation period and this form are different things.
Frequently asked questions
Are these the questions SquadBear ships?
Yes. These are the English titles in the four built-in forms. An admin can copy a form and edit the copy. The product UI is English or Polish, and a copy is saved in that admin's language.
Who sees an upward answer?
Upward questions are anonymous. Results are released only when at least three direct reports answered, without names. Peer answers are named for the reviewer and are not shown to the person.
Do the goals change during the review?
No. The round copies up to five goals when it opens. Later check-ins do not change that copy. People with no goals in the period skip the section.
