The prepared preset lists nationwide public holidays for 2026 and 2027 (2026: 14, 2027: 14 days). You can add company or regional days on top in Admin → Holidays.
How do Polish public holidays affect leave day counts?
When a leave policy excludes public holidays, SquadBear skips dates on the employee’s resolved holiday calendar. Part-time and non-working weekdays are also respected via each person’s work schedule.
Can we mix Poland with other countries in one workspace?
Yes. Each employee resolves to one country calendar (their override, or the organisation default). A developer in Poland and a colleague in another covered country can share the same policies with different holiday exclusions.
