Was ist das Model Context Protocol (MCP)?
MCP ist der offene Standard, mit dem KI-Assistenten Tools in externen Systemen erkennen und ausführen können. SquadBear betreibt einen nativen MCP-Server, damit Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex und andere Clients Urlaub, Arbeitszeit, Team-Health und Core-HR unter Ihren Berechtigungen bedienen können.
Benötigen wir spezielle Software?
Nein. Es funktioniert direkt mit den KI-Assistenten, die Ihr Team bereits nutzt (Claude, ChatGPT und andere MCP-fähige Clients). SquadBear dient als Datensystem und Tool-Server. Das externe Sprachmodell übernimmt das Textverständnis.
Ist es sicher, einen Assistenten Aktionen ausführen zu lassen?
Ja. Er kann nur ausführen, wozu die Person ohnehin berechtigt ist, zeigt geplante Änderungen vorab an und dokumentiert jede Aktion im selben Audit-Trail wie die Web-App. Sitzungen nutzen individuelles OAuth, kein gemeinsames Dienstkonto.
Kostet die MCP-Integration extra?
Nein. MCP ist in jedem Tarif enthalten, auch in der kostenlosen Stufe. Für den Connector fallen keine Zusatzkosten an. (Die Tarifbedingungen Ihres KI-Anbieters gelten unabhängig davon.)
Welche Aufgaben kann der Assistent konkret übernehmen?
Die alltägliche HR-Administration: Urlaub buchen oder prüfen, Vertretungen klären, Arbeitszeiten erfassen, Mitarbeiter nach Neueinstellungen anlegen, Bestätigungen einholen, Berichte exportieren. Dieselben Aufgaben, die sonst manuell anfallen – mit über 160 Tools über alle Module hinweg.
Erfindet die KI Fakten oder Schätzungen?
Nein. Das System übernimmt die Berechnungen und wendet Ihre Richtlinien an, sodass Antworten stets auf Ihren echten Unternehmensdaten basieren statt frei generiert zu werden.
Erkennt das System Emotionen, Stimmung oder „Engagement“ von Mitarbeitern?
Nein. Artikel 5 des EU-KI-Gesetzes verbietet bereits KI-Systeme, die Emotionen von Personen am Arbeitsplatz ableiten. Wir bieten weder Emotionserkennung, Sentiment-Scoring bei Telefonaten, Webcam-Tracking noch Stimmungsanalysen einzelner Personen. Team Health basiert ausschließlich auf freiwilligen Pulse-Umfragen und eNPS: selbstberichtet, meist anonym, niemals von einem beobachtenden Modell erdacht.
Kann die KI Personalentscheidungen über Einstellung, Kündigung oder Leistung treffen?
Nein. SquadBear betreibt kein Recruiting/ATS und kein Leistungsbeurteilungstool. Verbundene Assistenten ranken keine Bewerber, vergeben keine Noten für Beförderungen oder Kündigungen und lösen keine Personalentscheidungen aus. Sie rufen Daten ab, bereiten Entwürfe vor und tragen ein, wozu die Person berechtigt ist.
Wer ist hier „die KI“ – SquadBear oder Claude/ChatGPT?
Der Assistent ist der Drittanbieter-Client, den Ihr Team verbindet (Claude, ChatGPT usw.). SquadBear stellt die MCP-Tools bereit, erzwingt Ihre Rollen und Berechtigungen und protokolliert alle Aktionen. Wir betreiben keine separate Blackbox, die über Menschen urteilt, sondern die Software, die der Assistent nach Ihren Regeln steuert.
